The professionalism of the service techs and how they take great care not to damage the furnishings or the trim/woodwork or walls while performing the carpet cleaning. I was very pleased with the cleaning process and the end results. It is a sensible cleaning process without deodorizers or cleaning solutions, simply clean water. My carpet looked new again and was the cleanest it had ever been after having it cleaned professionally. It just completely refreshed my entire house, it smelled so clean afterwards. I already have recommended "zerorez" to friends and family.
I liked the fact that a respresentative called to inform me of the names of the technicians and that they were en route to my home. The technicians were very professional and courteous and my carpet looks like new!

what i like most about your services is your quality service people. I think ihave used you all 3 times and every time, the service man that has come out has been nothing but kind, professional and so willing to help and satisfy me. Excellent Job. If I can offer one small detraction, in our family room the technician didn't get as close to the edge as I had hoped (using the large tool), so there is a noticable line around the room. We're going to replace the carpet in the next 3-6 months, but if a technician is in the area, we'd like to have them just edge this one room so that it isn't as noticeable. Other than that, I am overwhelmingly pleased wiht the service.

I liked the friendly techs and the fact that they got out almost every single stain in my carpet to make it look brand new again!
Professional Best Practices in the Industry - We used Pro Carpet and had an abysmal experience - the spots in our carpet came back within a few days and they never responded to my repeated calls and e-mails. Zerorez came out less than 60 days later and made our carpet look and feel like new - no more spots! We will continue to use Zerorez and give our highest recommendation!

My technician, Lee Hamilton, was wonderful and very thorough. His assistant was great as well! It was very nice to be able to walk on the carpets immediately after they were cleaned. SO far it appears as of all the stains are gone. The stairs look especially good!

He was helpful, respectful of the home, and very "engaged" with me, the cutsomer. He made sure I was happy with his plan and then he exucuted the cleaning as described. My carpet and sofa look wonderful and I have no chemicals to be afraid of-- I am a holistic, organic person and have stopped using chemicals for quite a while. This was the answer to my needs!
