Service people were friendly and helpful from scheduling through cleaning. I did not ask how much the enzymatic was and I was not told up front, I was surprised at how costly it was. I have not had a chance to look at my carpets in the daylight since they have dried. So I cannot comment on them yet. There is an area on my landing that is still wet 32 hours later.

I like the carpet cleaning method, this is my 3ed year using your company. This time I was impressed with the service provider. His name was Trevor. I have not seen the corner guards or the industrial strength fan that was used to dry the carpets faster in previous visits. Also, he was very thorough and left my carpets spotless. I will use your service again next year this time. I have also sent a review to Angie's list.

Technician was very friendly and accommodating to my requests and was very informative about the process showing me the difference between clean and dirty carpet.

Fast, efficient...althought the $139 special ended up being $225...we were still happy.
They had to add some pet stain products, but they were only here at our home for 20 minutes. You need to try and stay near the special that was quoted. Very good job otherwise.

The guys were very upfront about whether the carpets in my basement would come completely clean. They wanted to make sure that I didn't pay for work that wouldn't be satisfactory, but they were able to get them so clean that I am thrilled!

I don’t remember the primary technician’s name, but he and Adrian from your staff performed a 2nd floor dryer vent cleaning starting around 3:30pm yesterday (12/11) and did a fantastic job. They arrived on time (actually early, which was nice) and were quick and courteous during their visit. They were very relaxed around my dog (who was very nosy about what they were doing) and sensitive to the fact that we may have had children around that would’ve been frightened by the sound of the cleaning. All around great job and I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs any of the services Zerorez provides.

The fact that there is no after smell from deodorants; the punctual and courteous staff; the quick drying times and the clean feel and smell of the carpet after it dries.
