The machines that you use were less invasive them some other carpet cleaners I have used. Your customer service was excellent.My technician was DeAndre and I cannot say enough good things about him. He explained everything step by step and did not disturb me while I worked on my computer. He was quick and efficient and got me out the door to my appointments. The carpets look great especially since they are a bit old and in need of being replaced.

The technichian was extremeley thorough and detail oriented. He explained everything he was going to do and told me ahead of time what expectations I should have for the end results. He was very friendly, professional and accomodating.

Customer service by Zerorez was exceptional. Scheduling an appointment for furniture cleaning was easy and friendly. The representative provided cost for services and made me aware of current discounts available. I received confirmation of my appointment via email and a personal phone call reminder. On the day of service, I received another courtesy call to let me know when the Zerorez service representative was in route to my home, arriving promptly and as scheduled. Juan was very friendly and professional, checking furniture labels for suitability for cleaning, explaining the Zerorez product and process, and paying special attention to assure that all pieces were thoroughly cleaned. I am very satisfied with Zerorez service and the outcome. My furniture looks fresh again.
