The service tech was on time and very nice and professional. I was so surprised that the oil stains in the carpet were able to be removed, I cant tell they were ever there. The drying time of the carpet was good also.

The initial cleaning was cleaner than prior services I have had. It has been three days since the carpets were clean and they actually look clean. The representative was friendly and thorough. I honestly thought, and prepared myself that the carpet were no longer capable of being cleaned, but I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome I got using Zerorez.
