The guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. very professional and personable. They were like I had been friends with them for years! I even played a joke on them after they had cleaned up - I asked them to go back over a spot. They didn't even hesitate to get their equipment back out! Of course I stopped them. One guy even drank the water for me. I have never felt so comfortable and sure that I was getting the best service with any other company, not just carpet cleaning, ANY company.

I have told a family member what a fantastic job Zerorez did getting dog stains out of my carpet on a previous visit and recently getting sticky medicine out of my 21 month old's carpet. Having a toddler, I like the fact that I don't have to be worried about what he is touching when he plays on his carpet.
