Zerorez is awesome! The carpets and the tile floors look brand-new. The carpets dried fast and are soft, not stiff. It is obvious they are clean, and there is absolutely no visible residue seen or felt. My fabric lounge chair is amazingly clean; the technician did a most thorough job. He was obviously making sure everything was carefully cleaned, and he seemed in no big hurry to finish, unlike many other companies we have used in the past. I totally recommend Zerorez as the best!

I was completely satisfied with the zerorez cleaning and the service tech M. Juan. I recently had a party for my daughter which left GA.red clay in the carpet. Juan was able to remove all of the stains and he explained all the process of cleaning, leaving me with a very clean carpet,'the right way' !!

The carpet cleaner technician who performed the job displayed excellent and professional customer service skills. He took his time cleaning the carpet and explaining why certain areas with stains may not be removed. He let me decide whether to continue with the service or not and did not try to bamboozle me. In the end, I let him continue. Not all stains came out. They are permanent stains. However, the carpet was extremely dirty in other areas and those areas turned out very very nice and clean upon completion of the carpet cleaning. I am very pleased with the service I received.
