I really like the ease of getting an appointment and having the company work with my timeframe. Also, This last time Zerorez came back out and redid a large room that I was not completely satisfied about without any hassle which I greatly appreciated. Bill who was the tech on this revisit was great and I was very pleased with the results. I will continue to call Zerorez for my carpet cleaning..by the way, the area rugs look wonderful and I am so glad I decided to try your off site cleaning for them.

The tech explained everything. the room did not have any residual odor. The carpet is clean. Stained area were hard to remove.
