I liked your customer service, You called and updated me on the time you would be onsite. You called 30 mins before - showed up on time and did a great job. The estimate was close plus the guy was able to clean our counters - which made my wife happy. The house looks and smells clean and our baby can crawl on the clean floors without worring my wife.

I am most impressed with the method of cleaning and it's effectiveness. I am also impressed with the technicians. We have used Zerorez 5 times in the last 2 years for carpet and upholstery. Brandon was exceptional in his work and his interaction with us while there.

Our technician Deondre was extremely professional and polite. He explained your services and wanted to know if I had any questions. He worked "diligently" on a stain we had on the carpet in our bedroom. When he was finished he asked me to do a final walk through of the house to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. The rug was not soaking wet and it is was completely dry within a couple of hours. No odor or musty smell was present. Great job and I would highly recommend your company.

On time, prompt service, extra mile

Although I understand that we had some stains (paint, cough syrup, etc...) that might not come out in the process, I was surprised that a number of other stains did not come out...ones that I spot cleaned with a towel and detergent and got out myself this weekend.

I was shocked at the difference in my carpet. The young man who came to clean my carpet was extremely polite, professional and knew what he was doing. He did such a great job I added on to what I wanted him to clean. Unfortunately, someone spilled food at our Christmas party and now I have a stain back. :(

I like that it's water based, "green" and leaves no residue while at the same time cleaning above the level of other types of carpet cleaning products.
