This was the second time in eleven years that my carpet was cleaned, so I didn't think the stains would come out; however, they did. The spot treatment product is great! I received a confirmation call the Thursday before the appointment, and I received a call to let me know the Technician was on the way. Providing good customer service is important to me and that is what I received.

The service tech was very friendly and explained what and how he was going to complete the job. The carpets look great, high traffic ares come clean.
