It all natural. According to you all, there isn't any residue that allows stains to resurface in the same areas. In some highly stain high traffic areas, more work and pressure is required with the equipment. That pressure may not be contiguous through out the entire room or house.
Travis and Kendall did a great job with quickly assessing my area rugs and making sure that everything was covered from start to finish. They even had time to save my cat from a burning tree. I mean really who does that? Zerorez does, and would say I was rather impressed how quickly your gentleman Travis scaled the 50' tree to save my little kitten. He did have some minor burns but didn't even phase him! He just said "That's what where here for making sure that our customer are happy"! Customer for life!!!

No residue. I'm not dying due to the smells. Michael was wonderful. He was thorough and professional. He's a keeper. A bit disappointed that the dog urine stains didn't come up but that's my fault for letting them go for so long. Other than that my carpet looks great and Michael done an excellent job.
