Carpet is very clean and I like the idea of no chemicals.

I love that the product is not harmful to our environment. The rugs have seemed to stay clean since the last cleaning. This cleaning was for a pet stain. I wouldn't recommend zero rez for pet cleaning. Ryan, our service rep was wonderful! He was professional, and did the best he could, but I feel that it didn't work well getting the odor out. (Stains were removed though!)

The technician was very friendly and explained all procedures to me. He was very careful around my house and was accommodating to my requests. My carpets look wonderful! They dried in just a few hours and there were no strong chemical or perfume smells afterwards, just "clean". Very impressed.

There are still some spots that have wicked, other than the ones went over with DeAndrea.

The service was good, I was informed of monies and the carpet looked great. (until I dropped a full can of paint off the ladder on it). I will and have recommend Zerorez to my work place and friends.

Our tech. BJ did a great job and was very friendly!! I needed to move a few things before he got started and he didn't push me at all. The carpets look great, we have you clean again!

Very Friendly staff, I also like the concept of the clean water thingy. I have 3 small kids and don't want them ingesting any chemicals and stuff.

The technician, Kenny, was very helpful, professional and friendly. I didn't hold out much hope for getting out some of the stains since they were old, but he did a great job.

BJ did great job on my carpet. I have berber carpet which is hard to get completely clean but he did better than any carpet solutions i have ever used. BJ was very friendly and gave me a great explanation of the products and answered all the questions that i had. I would recommend zerorez to others.

Clean fresh feel of the carpet, quick drying, no water saturation of carpet nor smell. It removes every last stain from your carpet and they don't return when the carpet dries. I will NEVER use another service to clean my caret nor furniture!!

The pet spots do not return because of the traffic dirt sticking to the detergent residue. Usually smells very fresh afterwards, but did not smell as fresh this time, but looked clean.

Technician did a very good job. We like that the cleaning works well and leaves no residue.
