Our carpet was not worn and was of a good quality. It did have some spots (non-pet)that had evaded our cleaniing efforts and it needed a good re-stretching. After getting quotes on replacing the carpet with that of similar quality we decided instead to take a chance on repairing and cleaning our existing carpet. After reading reviews of satisfied Zerorez customers we contacted Zerorez to discuss our intent. They were extremely helpful. First, it had to be re-stretched. While they do not offer that service they recommended someone who did. We were exceptionally pleased with the skill and efficiency of the technician and the repair made. Next, the cleaning was scheduled. The Zerorez technician was on time, courteous, polite and the results of his work surpassed our hopes and expectations. The stubborn spots were gone. It would have been an expensive mistake to have replaced this good carpet with new. Thanks Zerorez.
