Everything! The fact that your cleaning process does not use any chemicals or other substances that remain on the carpet is key. Your services are also reasonably priced. Your service technicians are also courteous and knowledgeable. My service tech for my recent service was BJ and he thoroughly explained the process, gave pointers for future care of my carpet and he made me aware of additional services.

The cleaning products do not contain harsh soaps and shampoos which is a concern for me considering we have small children who love to roll around on the carpet, but who also have major sensitivities. The service was great. Our technician, Ronny, was awesome, very customer-friendly. We received calls and emails about our pending appt well in advance and the technician was right on time. He discussed several things with me, not only about the carpets, but about the vents as well. I now understand why we had so much dust accumulation in one particular room of our home. The carpet had not been "professionally" cleaned over 17 years. It had accumulated traffic from six kids, 4 grandchildren and countless pets. Prior to having the Zerorez treatment, I was thinking it was time to replace the carpet. While it probably is time to upgrade, that expense has been deferred for now. The carpet looks brand new.
