I was quite impressed with the young man (Ryan) who cleaned my carpet, he was very knowledgeable and very considerate. My carpet had probably not been cleaned throughly for a couple of years. The products leave no bad odors and don't make the carpets exceedingly wet. They also clean very well! Your representative was extremely good. He arrived on time, was very professional, and did an excellent job.

They were friendly, courteous and fast. The carpet dried very quickly. However, I need to schedule a time for him to come back. The pet stain wasn't completely removed and my dogs smelled the remaining urine smell and promptly peed on it again to mark it.

Did an amazing job -- can't believe how clean our carpets look.

The carpet is just damp after being cleanned, not soaking wet. They feel soft and not crunchy. I also like that the window of arrival is not terribly long and that I get a phone call when the tech in on his way to my house. Mark the technician was very polite and informative. This time however, I feel that there is a room that needs to be re-treated. It is my oversized room which upon inspection there were a couple of areas that looked weird but I attributed it to the nap of the carpet but that is not the case. there are two rather large areas that need to be cleaned again.
