The service was great and technician fabulous again. My concern this time was a milk spill in the master bedroom that he cleaned is still crusty feeling. Is this as good as it can get??

Courteous employees

Tech showed up on time and was very professional. We had 3 rooms, a hallway, and an area rug cleaned and we were very pleased with the job zerorez did. We have already recommended zerorez to a number of friends. We have used other cleaning services in the past and were not as pleased and the techs always seemed to be high pressure sales people, not the case with zerorez.

We moved into our house 6 months ago and I had Stanley Steamer come out right after moving in. I thought they did a good job, but soon after the cleaning, I noticed that high traffic areas became soiled again. I had Zerorez come out last week and I can't believe the difference in how the carpets look; like new!! I love the "no residue" method and the service was excellent! Thank you Zerorez!

I am very likely to recommend ZeroRez for carpet cleaning - Excellent job - the gentleman came back out for an area stain in our dining room carpet and like magic, it is gone! Although I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning, I am extremely unhappy with the furniture cleaning. Showed it to the gentleman that came out to have a 2nd look and he said it had to be dry cleaned - wish I would have known that before I paid to have it done, because it doesn't even look like it has been cleaned, chair, ottoman, and sofa. I am disapointed and wished the tech would have cleaned an area for me to see before cleaning all of it and it still looks the same. Requesting a full refund for the furniture cleaning - again, should have cleaned an area and then said, it can't be cleaned...so I didn't have to pay for it. But I want you to know, your staff is VERY friendly - everyone, on the phone in the office, calling for a 2nd time on the dining room carpet, the technicians that came out. All have been very professional, and courteous. But tell me as the customer, I can't get this clean for you - Honesty is best.
