The cleaning worked VERY well! I have used other companies before where a particular stain looked like it was gone but then bled back through. It's been several days and the stains are still gone! I liked how much time Jake took BEFORE he started work to discuss my concerns regarding problem areas, high traffic areas and what was important to me. This helped prioritize the cleaning for the best results. Jake was WONDERFUL!

Our tech was very knowledgeable, polite and explained every step thoroughly. I liked the fact that he took his time to do a very thorough cleaning from the beginning to the end and that he explained what he was going to do and spent time to explain the cleaning processes. The carpet stains were removed and the carpet feels and looks fresh and bright. We will definitely call again on Zerorez to clean our carpets and recommend Zerorez to our family and friends.
