Rick & Ty took my area rug to be cleaned so I cannot comment on the cleaning. They were both very professtional and explained the procedure to me, moved and put all my furniture back and arrive on time. Plus explanined the the cost But I would have liked to have a written recipt. I trust I have oe be e-mail. Thanks

Patrick was courteous when I scheduled my appointment. I requested a morning appointment because I have children in school and he accomated my time request. Matthew showed up on time the morning of the appointment. He was also courteous, pointed out problem areas and explained how long the cleaning would take. He met the timing expectations.

It is the best carpet service that I ever had. The worker was professional and the service was excellent.

While I like the overall benefits of the process for lack of chemicals, smell and quick drying process and likely will continue to use, the office has some customer service issues. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked for specific times due to prior commitments and were assured it was available. Unfortuntely no one showed up at the designated time & when I called the office it was not pleasant and the CSR did not return call as promised. On the other hand, when I called back, Tiffany took all efforts to get back on tract even though I missed an important meeting. The tech, Byron & asst, were quite personable & helpful when he arrived after being redirected to my job and I'd love to be able to request him on future jobs. They did a great job and took extra care with some specific stains I pointed out.

I love that there is no residue left in my carpet after it is cleaned. Also, the carpet is not left soaking wet and only takes 8 hrs to dry. The technician that came to our home was very professional, courteous and helpful and was very knowledgeable when asked a question. I love Zerorez and will definitely use them again.
