The young man who came out (Byron) was very knowledgable and very helpfull. The carpets look really good for the condition they were in. I would probably hold off on any recommendations thought for a month or two to see what the longer term condition looks like. Our carpet always looks good right after they are cleaned by any company. It is two months from now that we'll see if the stains return.

But as far as showing up on time, using clean and good looking equipment, taking his time to address concerns and explain, and doing a great job we are very happy. If they stains stay gone we will use you again and I would request Byron because he did such a great job.

The final results are great as far as the clean look and smell of carpet. However, there is an area that still does not feel dry. I have the dehumidifier running, attempting to finish the drying process. If you have suggestions, please call.

My carpet was not loaded with slippery, soapy detergents. Carpets were amazingly clean and looking renewed. The technician was knowledgeable, informative and friendly.

No harsh chemicals. My husband was just diagnosed with cancer so we wanted a "clean environment" free of chemicals and odors that bother him.

Carpet isn't perfect, but I think its the best that can be done. The young man was polite and nice.

Your service person was very nice and completed the job in a timely manner. He was able to remove spots and the carpets look great.
My only somewhat negative comment is regarding price. The basic price is not bad but the quoted price for the pet spot treatment was outrageous. The protectant price quoted also seemed rather expensive.
