Great customer service. The company called to confirm the appointment when they said they would, called before the appointement to let me know when the tech would arrive, and then the tech arrived at the agreed upon time. Very reliable. Carpets look great. One room has never been cleaned and the carpet looks new.
Anthony did a great job. He came in and worked with me and I felt like he was fair, courteous & knowledgeable. I was skeptical that once Zerorez showed up that the price would start increasing for every little thing. He did a great job of trying to upsell but also worked with me because I didnt have big rooms to clean. Anthony really did a great job & is a valuable asset to your team!
The technician that came out was extremely nice and did a fantastic job getting my carpet very clean. I'll definate be using zerorez from now on when i need my carpet cleaned.
While the stain is still visible because it had been there for quite a while, and there is some sandy residue underneath the rug surprisingly, the smell and the feel of the rugs is wonderful after service. Thank you.

No mess, all water-based cleaning. It was not prolonged and the carpets look great. Have already recommended the services.
Mark, the technician, was very knowledgeable. He was able to remove two tough stains that we had been unable to on our own. Very good and efficient service.
