Client Testimonials
That you use alkaline water leaves carpet not feeling hard.
On time, professional, courteous.
Efficient work, friendly technicians
You did what you said you were going to do. Your technician called (he was ahead of schedule), arrived at the time agreed, assessed our cleaning needs by doing a walk through with my husband and did his job in a professional manner. Our carpets, rugs and chairs look great and our house smells fresh and clean. The thing that surprised me is that almost all areas of our carpets and rugs were dry, just a few wet spots here or there when I got home about 3 hours after the job was completed. That has not been my experience with other companies. We will use you again when the need arises. Thanks!
The technician was very professional and courteous. Thanks for the great service!
I feel they did a good job on my house and would recommend then to other. The only thing I would do different is would not have my dog here because
I feel there was not kind of pee on the carpet. If they did not see the dog the cost would not have gone up!
The cleaning process is great. The pre-treatment of spots made the cleaning of my carpets
even better. My carpets NEVER looked as clean with any other company. We will continue to
use Zerorez in the future. The guys were very nice and courtious and answered all of my questions. Thanks so much for a job well done.
Quick and professional service.
My carpet's are always perfectly cleaned.
everything
Love the no-residue cleaning without those heavy shampoos and chemicals other companies use. Protection of furniture and corners with plastic guards was definitely a plus! Friendly, knowledgeable technician. Fast but thorough!
Bea & Larry Lawler
Polite, informative and competant service person. Removed big dark, ugly carpet stains in a rental property that one of your well-known local your competitor could not do with two attempts. You guys rate higher than a ten!

Your service rep, Kyle, was prompt, courteous, professional and did a great job.
How clean the carpet looks after it dries and softness.
People were friendly and did a really nice job. And both times you came out you were almost early for the appointment and that never happens!!!
very professional, and informative
Byron was awesome!! From the moment he stepped out of the truck he was very polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about your product and service and explained everything he was going to be doing while in my home. Unfortunately in the service industry this usually does not happen. I have already recommended Zerorez, and Byron, to a number of friends and family! Carpet looks and smells great, thanks!!
The fact that it had no chemicals and still got the carpet clean.
Cameron was very professional and courteous. We will be handing out his cards and recommending him to all our friends.
The tech Jame Amerson was very knowledgeable about the service and product (WATER), he was very patient with me after I questioning each room. Also its awesome that no chemical is used to clean my carpet and my rooms are looking like new and smell fresh.I have already told my family friends that came over and seen the carpet.
It does a great job at a fair price.

We are very pleased with our clean carpet. We had tough stains in our high traffic areas that I was sure could not be removed; however, Luke and the zerorez product cleaned those stubborn stains. Luke provided excellent customer service!!! We are very pleased with zerorez and will definitely call them (Luke) again:-)
