Dillon was extremely courteous, efficient and thorough. We just moved into our new home and he did a fabulous job getting the stains out of the carpet. The carpets look great and the house even smells better than before!

Carpets look & SMELL clean. Tough and large stains seem to come out well. Service is on time.

Drawbacks: Lack of ability to clean directly beneath baseboards makes the room look dirty around the edges.

Products are kid friendly as I have a 2 year old! The service was great the Rep was professional and quick.

We have heard so much about Zerorez on the radio and from friends that we decided to try it out ourselves and we were so happy with the product. Our tech did a great job of cleaning our carpets. We were so excited to see the final results as all the stains we had in our carpets had disapered. We were also happy to hear about the other products they offer... air ducts, rugs, etc...

I have used Zerorez twice in the past year and have not been disappointed either time. On ther most recent visit,my living room and sofa sectional desperately needed pet treatment. [I dont' remember his name] worked with me on the price as I was not utilizing the full 3 room with one room free package to it's fullest. I do not remember the carpet looking as awesome as it does, and the pet odor, for now (I'm certain the padding and maybe the subfloor has been affected, is completely gone.
