The carpet looks great and I feel comfortable that I haven't brought unhealthy chemicals into my children's rooms. Also, the scheduling was great. I got a phone call confirming the appointment time and a window for the technicians to arrive. I also got a call to let me know they were thirty minutes away. It all ran just like clockwork. It is clear that this is a well oiled machine!
On time , service associate explained work to be done ,performed the cleaning and charged the exact amount quoted as phone estimate.
He was on time and in and out in an hour and the carpets looked great!
