Very professional company. Techs are very knowledgeable
Aaron was polite and professional and arrived within the scheduled time window. There was not a strong odor as there can be w/ other cleaning products. After it dried the carpet was soft, not crunchy as when I've used the DIY products.
The 2 guys that came to my house were very courteous, they worked quickly and they were very neat. I am very impressed.
Have used your service 2 times now on my rental houses. Good job both times, on time and a good price. Will be using your service again.

Not time consuming, promptness and attention to detail by technician, pleasantness of technician ...
worked well and quickly. on time and courteous.
This the second time I've used your service and I can say without hesitation that I was truly amazed about the professionalism of the technician as well as the quality of service. I recommended Zerorez to several people after using the service for the first time about 3 years ago and will continue to recommend the service. The most impressive part of the servie was the personal touch provided by the technician and I could clearly see that he was truly involved in this service as a profession...even solicited my opinion on some of his personal life choices; which I was gladly (and honored) to reply. Again, great work, great company, great people!!!

Zerorez did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets! They were able to remove stains we thought would never come out and made our very dirty, aging carpets look like new. We've already recommended Zerorez to several friends and will definitely use your company again.
