I was very upset when I was informed that there was a 15.00 trip added on to my bill that I was not told on the phone. I strongly feel you should have told me of these fee on the phone and not buried in the email!

James Amerson came on time and was unsure that the absolutely awful old white rug in the biggest room in my basement could be cleaned to my satisfaction. He told me that he would work on it first and if I was not pleased, he would not charge me anything. He did and I was very pleased. He finished the other rooms. When I saw that he not only did a wonderful job on the other rooms, he had reworked the tiny details on the ancient white rug to make it look new! New--and that old thing must be 25 years old!!

We like the fact that you don't use soap and you didn't bug us to buy "extras" that we didn't want. Our carpet dried quickly and looks great (all things considered)!
