The lack of chemicals in the carpet cleaning is wonderful and the carpets looks terrific. My area rug (81/2 x11) was taken to the factory to be cleaned and the change is well worth the cost. It saved my rug! We had a stubborn, large coffee stain that had been on the rung about 2 years. The stain came out on the first day but then reappeared. I called Zerorez and they came out within a couple of days and they specially treated that area with something and the stain is gone!

All of my stains came up. The guy that did it had a great personality and took his time. He told me they shampoo car carpet also and that was good to know because mine look bad. I had the perfect experience with the company and products. Very happy with the outcome. You will be the only company I use now and would like the same guy to do my carpets.
