Myles and Lee serviced our home carpets. They were professional, polite and did a thorough job cleaning all of the spots on the carpet. They explained in detail the process and made me feel extremely comfortable. I appreciated that they went the second mile by wearing booties in the house, placing plastic barriers between the cords and the wall corners, etc. I would definately use Zerorez again and would specifically request Myles and Lee. You guys have cleaned our carpets at least 4 or 5 times now, and this time we had you clean our air ducts and laundry vent. Every time you are here, I am impressed with the people you employ and the professionalism with which they conduct themselves. This time was no different. Jeremy, Richard & Jimmy (?) answered all my questions, explained what they were doing and even reattached my dryer vent which had apparently come undone in my attic and therefore the vent line was blowing lint into the attic everywhere (we had no idea). Over and over again, your people do an amazing job! I will continue to tell everyone I know how great your company, people and services are!

Professional employees and my 13 year old carpets look so good now! I have gotten them cleaned regularly twice a year but never by Zerorez. I won't call anyone else anymore. My carpets are so clean!
I love that Zerorez does not use any detergents and there is not any residue left in the carpet. The technician was prompt and courteous and did a fantastic job.
First and foremost the quality techs that you employ. I have NEVER had a bad experience, as they are always so professional and so pleasant. And our last tech was no exception. He did an awesome job!
