The cleaning and service personnel have always been efficient, courteous and easy to work with. The results have been impressive compared to other services that we have used.

There seems to be a total disconnect between the call and scheduling personnel and the service techs. For instance we requested a 4-7 pm time in order to attend a funeral. and they showed up about 1 pm. Thankfully I had left shortly after the service or no one would have been at the house. there. When we called two days prior, we had not even had a time set. At that time it was changed/given as a 4-7pm. At no time did we receive a call-back confirming the appointment time. The appointment prior to ours was also scheduled for late afternoon, but the service crew were not informed. This major disconnect needs to be corrected ASAP or, even though you have a superior process, people will use other services.
