The technician was courteous and efficient and very honest with me. During the initial walk through I showed him a room that I wanted cleaned and he told me that in his opinion carpet cleaning wouldn't help and we would be better off replacing the carpet. He explained why he felt this way and what result I could expect if I went forward with the cleaning. I appreciated his candor and am taking his advice. The rooms that he did clean look amazing now and far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier!

You have a great product; however, what makes your company different from the rest is the service. The service tech that came to my house took his time and you can tell he likes his job and he takes cleaning seriously. I appreciate that! The service was excellent!

Very good products, seem to pull out all dirt and spots, except red ones or ink spots.

I was in the process of getting new carpet, because my carpet was very dirty, and I didn't believe it would come clean. A friend of mine, said try zerorez she had outstanding results with her carpet, same results for me. My carpet is so clean, I will not need new carpet for years.

I like that there are no chemicals used. There was no smell at all. B.J. was completely professional and courteous. He did mention, though, that he would leave a bottle of solution to use for spot-cleaning. We both forgot. I would like to have one though.
