You do need to have your reps on the phone clarify with the customer if they have rugs or wall to wall carpet for the 3 room special while on the phone setting up the appoint. It's a simple ad on question yo avoid confusion when you show up to the customers house.

The technician who serviced us this last time was so personable and did everything possible to make us happy. It was evident that he wanted us completely satisfied before he left. He took longer then I expected because he knew how concerned we were with the final results of the basement carpet. He did a great job and we would definitely want him to clean our carpet when we call again.

Only thing done so far is pick up the rug to be cleaned. Hard to judge a company on just that. The man who picked it up was very nice and polite
