We are very happy with the carpet cleaning job that James (I think his last name is Robinson) performed for us on the 21st. He was very professional, thorough, and friendly and his resultant job was A++. Contrast it with job cleaning job we received one year ago and it pales in comparison. A year ago the tech didn't "rake" in the preventive stain solution after he sprayed on and I was not aware of that until James did it. Also, the overall quality of the finished product could not compare with a year ago. We will be back and I hope we can have James do it next time!!!

My carpet is ten years old and light in color. I thought the technician did a very good job. He was professional and seemed to know what he was doing. I was surprised carpet was damp for several hours. Would have you come again.
Technicians are always friendly & professional. Only disappointment was that I was hoping the rug in my living room could be spot cleaned. Wasn't the technician's fault, but he said it would be better cleaned if done offsite. I opted not to do that at this time.
Everybody was nice and professional. I had some concerns about stains that came back up and Rich sent some one out the next day to take care of it. They did and also left 2 bottles of multi cleaning solution at no extra charge. And even took care of the trip charge for any inconvenience. He was very nice. Glad they have their 30 day guarantee. Great company!
