Bill Ryan was the 2nd person to come out to my home. He was AMAZING. He got the stains out of my carpet the first person from Zerorez left behind. My carpet was dry within 4 hours (my original cleaning from Zerorez took 3 days to dry). Very happy with my 2nd technicican to come out.

What do I like about your products and services? Everything!! From the moment I was greeted on the phone when I was making the appointment to when Dana, your service technician, left, I felt I was dealing with professional, honest and courteous people. Although I had heard about your technology on the radio (104.7 The Fish), Dana explained everything about how the salts and mega-powered hot water cleaned the carpet without harmful chemicals. I only use all-natural Melaleuca products in my home for cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene and snack foods so finding a carpet cleaning company that has the same values is an exciting find. Not only will I recommend Zerorez to my friends and family, but I will tell my apartment complex's management staff about you. I hope Zerorez branches out into North and South Carolina where more of my family and friends are so that they can use your service, too!
Everything was great! My only complaint is advertising should be: 4 rooms for $144...because that is what it is! Not 4 for $129--not exactly true!

It is thorough and does the job. Your technicians listen to your comments and requests, and go the extra mile to make you feel they have accomplished the task. I have used you repeatedly for several reasons, but mostly because I always have felt that the technician was there to make me feel like I accomplished what I truly needed to accomplish, and not that they were there to get in and out as quickly as possible to do what they believed they needed to do to get paid. Very satisfactory!
