James Amerson was the technician who cleaned my carpets. He was very professional and took great pride in his work. He did a wonderful job and left my 15 year old white carpet looking almost new again. Although I had a late Friday afternoon appointment, he was not in a hurry. He took his time and did a very thorough job. I will be calling Zerorez back again soon to clean my upstairs carpet and will request James once again. The carpets were completely dry in a very short time and ready to replace the furniture. I will definitely call you next time I need carpets cleaned and will recommend you to others. Thank you.
