The gentleman you came to clean was very professional and friendly. He did a great job. The only problem I had was with the lady you called to remind me of my appointment and she also called to let me know when they were on their way. I couldn't understand her, she mumbled and spoke very fast. Very unprofessional.

I am vey happy with my service and Cameron did a good job of cleaning the carpets. The only gripe that I have is that I wish you would ce put & give me a quote first as I was given 1 quote over the phone and then I was told that I have over sized room when the came out to do the work!!!
