I had the air ducts and carpet cleaned on the same day. The air duct cleaning went extremely well. The 2 techs that came out seemed very thorough in the work, were extremely courteous and did an excellent job. I will recommend Zerorez for duct cleaning but not for carpet cleaning. I've submitted a separate response to the carpet cleaning that was done.

Clean carpets!

I was shocked that the stains were removed - four kids in the house and the carpets are rough! We had had another company come in about a year ago, and they didn't really touch the stains. Y'all got stains out that had been there for more than a year, or maybe even two, and I was shocked. Great customer service as well! I will definitely call you next time.
