Excellent results!!!! Far surpassed my expectations. Our carpet is 12 years old and has been severely worn by 2 kids and 3 animals over the years. Literally, the carpet looks like new. Fresh smell and fluffy! We should have called Zerorez years ago.

I thought the representative who came out was very courteous which you dont see much in a company any more. When I called about a problem they were out in no time and were even pleasant when I called with a problem. Great company. Always keep that great customer service.

I found the service man to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was very efficient and focused on his work to minimize his time here but yet do a great job.
