Client Testimonials

A good thorough cleaning with no residue or odors. Courteous, friendly technicians.

The gentleman who came out to the house went above and beyond to make sure he did his job professionally. I loved the little blue booties he wore and the smell of carpet as it was cleaned was wonderful not a chemical smell but a great clean smell.

The results are excellent. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy and respectful of my time. Also, I love the "call back" feature when phone lines are busy.

They cleaned my carpet and smelled nice

The technician Joe Fries punctuality, customer service, persistence, hardwork and dependability has was what i liked about Zerorez . He will be the reason no other company will clean my carpet.

I like the fact the products don't smell like chemicals in my house, and everything isn't wet requiring hours or days to try after service is provided.

Very Professional Staff
On Time

Excellent results, well-trained, professional staff.

My carpets are old and I thought they would never look clean again. Although a spot returned in one room, my carpets look much better than they have for years. I also feel like everything is clean and safe - like it is okay to lie on the floor. It's a good feeling

I was kept in constant contact with company and professional. He sent before and after pics. He was also very personable.

No chemicals

Very friendly, hard working carpet cleaner. Very nice young man..

No residue. Professional and thorough. Explained the process and the expectations.

I was given an appointment time and the Technician came early rather than late. Did extra to address concerns I had. Did a very good job. Cleaned up and left. He was clean cut and very professional. Thank you.

Would not have anyone else clean my carpets but Zero Rez.
They always get them looking like new, and these are 25 years old.

Thank you Zero Rez.

Carpet is clean and fresh, not sticky. Service provider was very courteous and helpful. Having an updated quote, invoicing, and billing over his smartphone was very efficient.
