I like the fact that when I spot clean the carpet it doesn't leave a residue. With other carpet cleaners, when I clean a spot on the carpet you can tell where I tried to clean the area. The only thing I noticed after the carpet was cleaned was a few areas that got missed because the furniture didn't get moved over (i.e. my son's room where his trash can sits between the bed and night stand)

You did what you said you would do when I was setting up the appt., your technician, Dustin was clean, polite and knew his product. I trusted him in my home alone and he had the key to my place and he left and locked it and I love my carpet!

The Zerorez service technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and very careful with the equipment so as not to dirty or damage our brand new flooring. When he was finished cleaning the carpet it looked brand new and smelled great.

The technician provides an explanation behind the services performed. If there were other issues of concern for my floors he shared his observations and explained how Zerorez could fix the problem.
