Fresh smell and very clean carpets.
Technician was very professional and friendly. Carpet didn't look worse than before it was cleaned like the traditional shampoo cleaners that always make my carpet end up looking dirtier.

Great and timely service.
The technician arrived earlier than his scheduled time slot! It was nice to not have to wait for a service provider to show up. In addition, the price quoted to me over the phone was exactly what I was charged -- no hidden fees or extra charges for berber carpet, etc.
