Client Testimonials

Technician was on time. Carpets look very clean. Smelled great after being cleaned.

My first impression of Zerorez was when I met the technician, Jevoris, at my front door.
Jevoris was dressed neatly and presented himself in a professional manner. He and I walked thru my house so that I could point out areas of concern and could ask questions. Jevoris was very capable of answering all of my questions and discussed other products or services that I may want to consider. Fortunately, he did not do a "hard sell" or put pressure on me to add products or services that I did not want. You would have lost a customer if your technician had made me feel pressured. I did add the protective coating in 4 areas of the house because I trusted Jevoris the information he told me about the benefits of the protective coating. Your services and products speak for themselves. My ugly, dirty light colored burber carpet now looks new and ready for a family Easter gathering on Sunday. Thank you from one of your happy customers, Sue Buckalew

all of it

I like the non-allegic chemical product that you used on the carpet, and the carpet looks clean, smells fresh.

Professional and carpet looks awesome every time!

The clean smell when the tech left. The tech was AWESOME and spent a lot of time helping us understand our carpet. The office side was not so great. They didn't call me to confirm, didn't let me know when the tech was on his way until he was standing in my driveway and then gave me a 3 hour window. Not too impressed with them but the tech himself was GREAT. Very nice and understanding.

This is the first time I've used Zerorez so I will need time to see.

While the prices are rather steep ($240 to send in an area rug that I purchased for $500 - really? I don't think so) James (the technician) was friendly, professional, and worked hard to accomodate my budget. He was fabulous!
