The employee, BJ, was very courteous and very informed about the different facets of Zerorez. Although he was here to clean carpets, he was able to not only tell us of other areas that can be cleaned by the company but actually showed us what Zerorez could do given the chance. It was amazing how efficient the system is. When BJ left there was no chemical smell and we felt safe allowing our children and animals on the carpets.
