I thought your service technician, Josh, was extraordinary. I was the last job on his appointment schedule for the day. He came by to start the job at 5pm (when most people are going home from work to be with their families). He was so pleasant, energetic, professional, and thorough. He was ready to tackle the 3 rooms and hall I had ordered, and said if I needed any additional rooms cleaned, he would be happy to do them before he left.

I especially like the "specials" Zerorez runs which saves repeat customers like myself money...I like to have our carpet cleaned in the spring and right before the Christmas Holidays. My carpeting looks like new!! It's at least 20 years old and I only had it cleaned one other time. My little dog was very sick and zerorez got all the stains up in my room and hallway. I am extremely pleased and have already told so many people about it.
