Prompt flexible, I did have to have them come back out for a pet oil stained area that was still dingy....but they were very prompt about scheduling a second trip.

He put in yellow "bumpers" to make sure no marks on our freshly painted walls and had great fans to help ensure our carpets were drying quickly so we could get back to our life late on a Friday night.
