Our technician, James was extremely professional and courteous. We got a call 15 minutes prior to his arrival, was helpful. The carpet looks fabulous.

Your service rep, Eric, was so thorough, polite and hard-working. As you know, the temps were freezing all night and unfortunately our outside spigot was frozen. Eric and my husband worked together to find a solution for this.
Our main issue was cat urine smell, and it seems that Zerorez eliminated that! THANK YOU!

Cameron Dupree came out and was very knowledgeable about products and services re: my area rugs. He also worked hard to remove a stubborn stain and had a very good attitude and work ethic.

The carpet looks great afterwards, and this tech was particularly nice and helpful and recognized I was a repeat customer.

You do what you say. The stains, especially the pet are gone. The carpet went from gray to its original color of off white, even days after drying.

On time, polite and courteous representatives, very willing to please. I would like to see how long my high traffic areas stay clean without showing a dirty wear pattern. This will be a test of the method of cleaning. At least, this has been my experience.

W/regard to Q1, I was satisfied, but to be honest I'm not the kind that would go around recommending a carpet cleaning service. The tech was polite and efficient, explained the procedure and explained that there was a nail polish spot that would probably not come out. I did not ask the policy with regard to return visits if one of the spots treated were to wick up-is there a time frame that Zerorez will come back if that occurs?

Zerorez has an excellent reputation and I was well pleased with your service. Anthony was exceptionally professional and courteous and explained every step of the process. The carpet was badly soiled in places as my 90 year old father in law lived in the house and spilled food and coffee in several spots.
My only disappointment was that one of the stains that seemed to have been cleaned reappeared after drying. But all in all, pleased with the service and result.

The technician arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning some old stains from my carpet. I was briefed on additional services offered by zerorez, but I was not pressured at all to make any further purchases.

I like the great service that is provided by your carpet techs and the fresh smell of my carpet. In the past I hated having to get my carpet cleaned because of the chemical smell that lingered. Now I have a feeling of freshness with a clean smell. Zerorez is a great company!
