The service techs were very prompt, curtious, and skilled in completing a very good job of cleaning. I ended up getting more services than I had originally planned after tech showed me other things that could be done. The techs were not pushy in showing me these things, as had been my experience with other cleaning companies. They merely mentioned it to ask if I knew they had the capacity to clean tile . I am very satisfied with Zerorez, and plan to use them again for my area rugs in the future.
