Very prompt and courteous service. The serviceman was neat and clean. He was thorough and explained what he was going to do before beginning the cleaning process. He came back a few days later to retreat a small section at no charge; however, we decided the retreat was not necessary. The emphasis seemed to be customer satisfaction.

Our carpets look great!! Kyle was the service tech and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! We will definitely use Zerorez again and will tell our friends about the quality of your carpet cleaning system!
