The technician was very nice and persistent when he had the problem of no water in his truck and our outdoor faucets were frozen. He did a great job. However, the service is expensive.

The "guys" were great and VERY professional about the cleaning, moving things too heavy for me and even did a little more cleaning in areas not covered by 3 rooms. My rugs look wonderful and getting the dust out of them has been much easier on my Kleenex box! They were very clean and accommodating in all their work. I have already suggested ZeroRez to 3 of my friends who ask me about them.

No toxic chemicals; after coming out the first time there were a couple of stains that didn't come out. You called to see about our service based on initial survey and you ended up coming back out to try again. Unfortunately, the stains still didn't come out but the service around it was good.
