Ryan was very courteous and took time to explain the process to clean my carpets. Afterwards,the carpets felt better and smelled clean without any chemical/perfume smell. I was also instructed to wear white socks on my carpet for about 8 to 10 hours which no other carpet cleaning company has ever told me. Ryan was also very punctual.

Quality cleaning at a fair price.

I have used your carpet cleaning service twice now, last was in Sept. 2013. I have to admit that I was more pleased the first time around as it seems the technician did a better job the first time with the Georgia red clay on my carpet. The carpet last time looked brand new but the most recent service it was not significantly better than it was before the cleaning. I did have a few urine spots from a puppy but those all seemed to come up. It could be that it was worse this time but I'm not sure. Either way, I will use your service again when needed.

I liked the no haggle, reasonable prices with really no surprise. The gentleman was very professional and conscientious as well.
