He was so knowledgeable of the process. I was quite impressed. He cleaned my sofa and ottoman then took my wool rug back to Zerorez. In a week my rug was returned looking like it was brand new. I am very pleased with Zerorez.

The technicians were on time, and knowledgable about taking care of ther business. The products are awesome as well. I hat a couple of spots that reaccured after the carpet dried, but the B2 solution took care of those spots. The carpet looks and smells new again; it's even a shade lighter.
