My carpet looks great. But time will tell as to how it holds up and if the stains come back. However, the gentleman that did my service (Jarvis Hughes) was a great representative for the company. He was professional and personable. He explained the product and gave me more information about other services - cleaning and repairing area rugs, etc. He was very knowledgeable. He gave me confidence in Zerorex. I will definitely recommend Zerorex to my friends and if I need further services I will request Jarvis.

Zerorez did a fantastic job! I had my sofas cleaned as well as my carpet. My sofas smelled so clean and fresh and dried very quickly. My carpet looked like new! I had a few pet stains and they totally eliminated them! The technician was very polite and personable and I requested him to clean the carpet at my son's house. I will continue to use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs!

I love that there is no chemical residue, and Deparr was delightful and knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning service. I am strongly considering getting my air ducts cleaned after talking to Deparr about this too.

The spots really do come out or almost disappear, and the carpet is not too wet when Zerorez is finished nor sticky when dry. Will always trust Zerorez on reliable service with great results and will continue to recommend to friends.

I think I mixed up the two feedback reports. I was completely dissatisfied with the first cleaning. It was obvious the technician was not interested in doing quality work. I called zerorez immediately and spoke with Rob. He sent Bill, his warranty technician out and he cleaned the carpets again. This time Bill did a fantastic job! Even the stains he said he didn't think would come clean, did. All stains were removed. If only the first technician had approached the job with the same quality and professionalism.

I hadn't had our carpets cleaned in almost 7 years and was certain there would be stains that wouldn't come out, but I called Zerorez and figured I'd see what stains you could get out and then use throw rugs as needed. ;) But your techs got out EVERY stain on my carpets. My carpets look brand new!!! :) The techs were very polite and professional and they were highly efficient (finishing 6 rooms and a stairway in about an hour). Thank you, Zerorez!
