The biggest selling point for me is the fact that your service is eco-friendly and doesn't leave any residue. Also, my service technician was very personable and explained everything he was doing. He was proficient and knowledgeable of the service/product, and is an asset as a representative of your company.

I like Zerorez's prompt, affordable, friendly, & reliable service. But most of all, I like the fact that the cleaned carpet STAYS clean after the carpet has dried! It doesn't look grey or dingy afterwards like it has with carpet companies we've used in the past. They've simply got it down on how to clean carpets!
