The technician was prompt, polite and did a great job. He did not try to upsell on the products and we appreciate that.
We did have an issue when scheduling the visit. I told the operator first available, and she put us down for an evening appointment, which resulted in us getting a much-later appointment; we would have been able to schedule one on an earlier day if this had not happened.

This was my first experience using Zerorez. Both Technicians (Julie & James) that came to my house were very professional and friendly. They explained Zerorez's process thoroughly and the additional services that are offered. They did a great job both cleaning my carpets and protecting my furniture/hardwood floors.I was very pleased with the overall results - my carpets look great!!
