First of all your service agent was very polite and told the truth about stains that would probably not come out. The carpets were as clean as could be and dried in the time frame he had said. The carpet up stairs feels a little stiff but I hope after a vaccum they will feel soft.

Technicians arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), were super nice and informative. They worked quickly but did an excellent job. My carpets practically look new again. Very affordable for the service I received.

I liked that there were no chemicals used. This was a big concern for me with the boys constantly playing and rolling on the carpet.
I am also very happy that they got out quite a few stains that I had tried to get out. They used to keep coming back but even after over two months after the cleaning I have not seen them return.

Clean cleaning and friendly people
Your representatives are vey professional and helpful. Jarvis and Leon did a good job. There was a third man who was very good but I do not recall his name.
The carpet cleaning service was great. They cleaned out the basement that had a musty smell. And when they were done, there was absolutely no scent.
Third time was the charm. The work that James did was stellar. My tile floors were a shade lighter when he got through cleaning them. I was expecting the grout to be cleaned, but I had no idea that the tile would actually look new again.
James asked questions about the previous two attemnts to clean my floors and really listened to what I had to say. He then went to work and not only got the job done right, he exceeded my expectations. He is wonderful...a great asset to the company, both in the work he does and the attitude in which he does it.
