The technician that came to my house was very prompt and polite. He explained everything that he did. We had some very tough pet stains and so far, 2 weeks later, the stains have not reappeared.

My carpet is very old and worn out but I needed it to look better for a birtday party. I was pleased with the results and Justin was on time which was great.

It is "Zerorez"...not an enormous amount of water (wet carpet) or excessive odors left order. My carpet looks fabulous. Everything was very thorough from my first contact when I called to make the appointment to the completion of the job. All details were covered in advance. However, I was very sorry that I missed the call I received to confirm my appointment. I called the number that was given back and from the time that I was connected to the time that I was able to select the option to receive a call back was over 3 minutes. This is way too long. I also think the pet stain remover was very expensive but Zerorez did a very good job. Thank you. Karen Wilson
