They should be considered part of the stair package. I had a 5rm 2stair 1 hall package. The extra $60 for a 3x3 area was a little much.

Well until we clean the house real good and then see how quick the dust comes back will I be able to really tell if your services works. We have had unexpected company (because of the weather) so we have not been able to dust the house real good so y'all did the work.
So all I can do is repeat what your people who did the work said. They were very nice but again really can't tell if your services works or not for at least 2 to 3 weeks.

The price was good and my carpet looks better than it has in years and the gentleman that cleaned the carpet was very nice and very knowledgeable about zerorez.
This is my third or fourth time having you out to clean my carpets in the past 3 years. Obviously, I was pleased with the results. However, Aaron did the best job of all. He cleaned the risers on my stairs which he said should have been done before but if they were he did a better job this time. He was polite and efficient and I was very pleased with the results this time!!!
