It's not terribly time consuming, the product appears to do what I need and the technician was professional, attractive and pleasant.

Yesterday morning the carpet was dry, without odor and looks new.!

Representative knowledge and courteousness. Hard worker - Jamar or Lamar, pardon me.

I'm very much satisfied

The technician was very efficient, and did a really good job on old carpet. Zerorez is a little more expensive, but carpets stay clean much longer, than when other companies do the job.

Safe for children

Clean floors

No sticky residue left behind

They are able to get out spots that have been for a long time.

Cody cleaned my carpets on Wednesday and did a fantastic job
I own a floor covering business and would highly recommend this method as well as Cody to my customers .
I allowed my carpets to dry over night before moving any furniture back in it and was amazed that the carpet didn't feel "crunchy"
as it did when I had it cleaned years ago. Thank you Zerorez for my new looking carpet and for sending Cody to do my service.

Techs very knowledgable and professional. Fast and efficient service.

Ty did absolutely an amazing job in cleaning my carpets! I would definitely use them again.
