After the 1st visit, the carpet in the den area really had a bad odor the next day, smelled like mildew or dirty wet socks.
I called the company back after giving it a few days to go away, when it didn't, I explained to the company about the odor and Zerorez came back out and released the den area. There was still an odor for a few days, but it improved with time. We appreciate your company coming back out and doing the carpet a 2nd time.

quick, professional, clean and competent

We had our office duct work cleaned out. Alex and his helper did a fantastic job. Very professional and very nice. The products used had very little smell and it wasn't bad either.
