The beauty of water no chemicals
David, the technician, was very thorough explaining the service (cleaning and sealing the tile), price, then completing the service. I'm a real perfectionist, and David exceeded my expectations!
The technician was on time, polite, and was in and out in a short time. When he finished the carpet was just damp (not soaking wet) and clean.
I am an independent distributor of Alkaline water, so when I discovered that that's one of the main things that is used in the cleaning process I was sold.
The technician was there at the beginning of the three hour window. He did a beautiful job on the carpet in record time, and was very neat. No water on my wood floor entry hall. There was no pressure for additional services, and the price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. It was nice to deal with a company that does a job well at a fair price. I'd use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.
Reasonable stains on my carpets were removed with the least amount of effort and resources.
friendly service and great results

Zerorez lived up to its name zero complaints!

No chemicals, no smells, everything looked and felt clean once the job was finished, quick treatment time and dry time
The people were very nice. Easy to schedule. Carpet looked great and was dry quickly.
Had a 3-6 appointment and tech didn't show until 5:50, but they did call around 5:25 to let me know they would b arriving around 6. Once tech showed up he was friendly and did a great job!
No chemicals, many product & service options, very professional
Fast profession service. Deep clean. Budget friendly.
The technicians were on time and very helpful with my questions. I had a concern about my furniture being protected from the wet carpet. Nelson was careful to put plastic under all the furniture. Nelson and Matt were both very professional and finished cleaning the carpet (5 rooms w/a stairwell) in about an hour. The carpets dried over night with ceiling fans running and everything looks great. Thanks guys!
