I have used Zerorez twice. The first time the tech had to come back a second time. He was in a big hurry both times. This time was great I had a young man Tohmas Brooks who took his time, explained everything to me and did a wonderful job on light cream carpets and 2 chairs. Will definitely request him next time.
I like how organized the company is and i like the product of a chemical free cleaning.

The Employees Were Courteous And kind, Did A Wonderful job. Omar was upstairs and one corner of the downstairs was missed because 2 bags were not removed, that's the only minor infraction. Otherwise a beautiful job!

This was the 5th time I used Zerorez, the Tech was on time, did a good job. But now that I am 80 years old, moving furniture would be a good help. Keep up the good work.
Carpets look brand new, the technicians are all so nice, polite and do an excellent job.
With the exception of this last service, I have absolutely loved Zerorez. I'm not sure of what this last tech was going through, but the job was not good at all!!! But, just going off of my previous services, I would recommend Zerorez. If I had to go off of this last cleaning, I would never use Zerorez again. The tech left the worst spot I've ever seen (I wish I could upload the picture somewhere). I just finally used some 409 carpet cleaner and the spot came up. I really feel that I should get my money back. I have before and after pics. Sorry Zerorez for this review. I'd like to believe the tech was just lost rather than thinking it was your product.

I had my couch and two chairs cleaned and they look amazing! My furniture is made of linen, which is difficult to clean. However, the service technicians did a great job cleaning it and were even able to get out a marker line made by my toddler.
We worked with zerorez employee, William, and we're very happy with service that we received. William was courteous and professional and our carpet looks wonderful.
